Sateba Norway became a separate company in 2014. Since then we've experienced tremendous development in our organization, our product suite and in how we produce concrete.

Quality and commitment

We have strong ownership of our products, and our goal is to become increasingly better in everything we do. Focus on quality throughout the production process is crucial.

 

High quality ensures satisfied customers, and satisfied customers in turn provide more work. Our clients are constantly demanding more from us regarding environmental factors and climate impact, and we are motivated to spread the word about the benefits of concrete in an environmental perspective.

 

I struggled to find the profession I wanted to pursue. When I started working with concrete, I quickly discovered that I was on the right shelf. As an apprentice in Sateba Norway, you get to learn all parts of the subject. Important and necessary courses are provided along with certificates and you are challenged with great responsibility on the job.

Apprentice training

Satebay Norway offers apprentice training affiliated with "ByggOpp", a program that assists with recruitment and follows the process after hiring closely.

Our employees can take a "trade certificate at work" and become "trainee candidates". Our collaboration with Spenncon means that we cover all the goals in the curriculum for concrete workers, and a well-developed plan ensures broad practice for all candidates.

In addition to good training, apprentices at Sateba Norway can participate in relevant courses, in addition to getting the necessary certificates and eventually take on larger responsibilites on the job.
